How do you vet tax accountants to tell if they're good or not? How much do you spend on them for annual filing?

Is anyone else convinced we are headed for a correction in equities, and quickly? The market has been straight up for months, with the exception of a blip around GME week. Seems like everyone is day trading, too, which I take as a sign of froth. I know market timing is typically a bad idea, but talk me out of moving to cash for a few weeks until things get cheap(er).

Do any real estate lawyers out there know of/can direct me to a ROFO agreement to purchase commercial property? I’m working on one now (but using a ROFO to purchase equity interests as a basis) and would like to see what other people are doing. We have UAN and it looks like not activated.
How can we transfer PF amount from DXC to EPFO portal?

I got a job offer from a new company so I signed the offer letter and received the company laptop and they have created login credentials for me but my date of joining was after 15 days. Then I have submitted the resignation on current company. Now my current company found that I have accepted the offer for new company and got their laptop. Interesting investment opportunity with PSTH. Biggest SPAC with Tontine warrants. In short, for every 9 common shares you buy and hold through the merger, you get 2 shares priced at $23. The price right now is $26. I would get in and gradually increase by a multiple of 9 and hold until at least Dec 2021
