What does “roll off plan” mean in Accenture? I joined on 28th of March and today I received a mail saying my roll off date has changed to 15th April. What does that mean?

I m into QA as functional test planner for more than two years and now i m mood to change my role to automation, but after certification in selenium and Tosca my lead was not able to provide me the project based on automation so they are rolling me off from the project. Telling u will get automation project on bench.
