Hi All, I need some advice on a job offer. I have been offered a role in HR in London with a leading media and advertising company. The role seems great and challenging and something I really would want to do and the comp offer seems great on paper (£100k base plus pension and health care) What I find strange is they don't have any bonus at this role level. They say it's a pretty senior level(I know a £100k base in UK is a pretty senior role) but I am really doubting why no bonus? Any thoughts?

Hey BOS sales pros: Career pivot Jan. of this year, pivoting —> roughly a decade of law enforcement (I also have prior military experience / multiple deployments for anyone in that realm) to outside facilities sales.
