What in your opinion is the best bonus structure out there? I currently have one at my firm where the entire firm needs to generate enough revenue to have anybody receive anything. The all or nothing approach feels extremely dangerous to me vs an individual performance based bonus. What else is out there?

I recently got a job offer through a company that offered me the high end of what I was asking (75k) but since it is the high end of what I asked for, do I have room to negotiate? Do I have a leg to stand on if I even try negotiating at the point? I have til Friday to fully accept. I’ve never negotiated my salary but want to be sure I’m being paid fairly for this site merchandiser role! TIA

Any advice on how to handle an ECD in charge of your salary who says the only way to get a promotion or even a COL raise of any kind is through winning an award? Not consistently reliable and solid performance. Not keeping the client happy and profitable. “You either win an award, or all ya get is to keep your job.”
And yes, I’m aware leaving is always an option, but eager for any other advice how to navigate.
