Megachurch pastor - the profit to effort level can’t be beat
Tax breaks on my Bentley sounds pretty nice.
The financial industry.
Insurance. It’s slow and steady, but I’ve met people who have a stable and well-paying job. Not something to take for granted today.
I have family that is upwards of 150k, and being in a lower cost of living, that is phenomenal money. They’ve been with the same company for almost 20 years, which, to be fair, is something not many can do anymore and actually move ahead.
I would say tech honestly. Though with changes in AI, I don't know that others would say that. But there is still lots of money to be made in tech.
Something data and AI related.
IB -> ER/PE -> HF
Plumbing but spend the time learning the business side if the house.
Or engineering in the semiconductor industry.
Bakery. The bigger the cake, the bigger your slice.
