What influenced you to become a healthcare administrator

I’m looking to make a career switch. I have my PMP and CSM and am a manager at a big 4 in consulting. Most of my experience is change management. Thoughts on doing a cyber or coding bootcamp to launch a new career? I understand I may need to take a pay cut for a few years.

I’m currently a Risk Analyst and a full time MBA student. I don’t have any experience working on the investment side of the bank but I would really like to pivot into an investment analyst role. I’m from America, but currently working in London and would really like to stay here. Does anyone have any tips or advise that might help me land an investment analyst role in London?

Hello everyone! I am a Judicial Law Clerk, which I have been for a little over two years now. However, I’m planning on moving into the AML/Compliance realm. I have a background in finance, having been a Finance Disbursing Officer in the Army for 6 years with one deployment in that role. Additionally, I am currently a JAG attorney and studying for my CAMS, hoping to take that exam in the next month or two. Any advice or referrals for anyone I can talk to learn more about the field? Even without LinkedIn, I see a lot of people younger than me in much better roles. They started off with relevant jobs right out of college. I graduated in 2009 when the economy tanked and worked in retail for years before I was finally able to land in corporate. Does anybody else struggle with this as well? I’m constantly comparing myself to others who are younger than me.

I’m one of the top performers in the company and got invited to the company’s emerging leadership program. I always meet all my goals and deliverables on time but still feel like half of the time I’m not even doing anything (or performing my best).
