I’m looking to make a career switch. I have my PMP and CSM and am a manager at a big 4 in consulting. Most of my experience is change management. Thoughts on doing a cyber or coding bootcamp to launch a new career? I understand I may need to take a pay cut for a few years.

May be wrong, but unless you have a real passion for either of those things, it feels very pragmatic and forced. Who knows whether this skill set will be in demand in 5 years from now?
Will you remain motivated working your way up? Realistically you’ll need a couple of years to get a solid base.
If you’re passionate about either one: by all means go for it, but my assumption is that you would have already.

Idk what a cyber boot camp is, but most SWE and DS boot camps aren’t designed to train high quality technical folks. They churn out technicians (QA, maintenance, etc).

If you want a career change to a technical role with comparable lifetime earnings to Big 4, you’re going to need to do an MS

Just wondering, is this 100% the case?

Following because this is exactly my experience and how I feel.

Hi everyone. I'm in the process of building a SaaS startup. Someone with SaaS experience has advice on marketing the product for B2B?

Need help settling a debate with my friend. She thinks I will have an easier time getting research grants because I'm male. I think it's the opposite because companies are trying to change the status quo and get more women involved (which I'm not complaining about... please don't attack me.) Which one of us is more right than the other? I'm interested in getting as many viewpoints as possible, whether or not they agree with me or with her. Thanks!!!
