What is a reasonable hourly rate for a full time freelance graphic designer at [insert large well known appliance brand here] in Chicago? I am sort of new to full time freelancing- I charge $100/hr for my other clients, but they’re not 40 hours a week. A lot of job openings I've seen lately are only offering $40-50/hr.
(Which sounds so low, yes?) I have 15 years agency experience, but this doesn't seem to be a senior role. But I need the work. Any help is appreciated!

Can you change your 401k contribution amount specifically for bonuses, in the fidelity 401k? You can do this for Schwab 401k but not seeing an option for fidelity

I’m struggling at the moment to gauge how much I should be getting paid in my position as i feel I’m heavily underpaid for the work I do, which includes managing digital marketing operations across 12+ countries, manage the studio/creatives plus lead on any campaigns and strategies, etc. I’m also remote UK-based although my company is international. These numbers are really irrelevant unless you know the agency. It would take a lot less dough to get me into w+k than say, a Translation or similar.
