What is a typical base salary range for a PL/EM ASX100 exit from T1/T2 firm in Australia? Know this will vary a bit by leveling and industry.

I have a client that is terrible. Their whole company is in flux, massive scope creep & one of the people at the company is highly verbally abusive.

But it’s also a retainer that is stable & pays well (and im not sure if I can backfill them easily right now between all of the tech layoffs & the upcoming holidays).

I’d love any advice - im leaning towards firing them & hoping things work out (because my mental health > $$$), but am nervous because the job market isn’t exactly humming.
