What is the average comp for industry CM roles (Senior Manager, Director and above). Currently in industry with 5.5 YOE making $147k base plus 15% bonus. Potentially looking to make a jump but haven’t found anything comparable $ wise. Is it realistic to get a 25-30% bump?

4th year at a mid size PI firm. Got pulled from litigating MVAs to help this solo we hired start a med Mal/nursing home practice. 1 year in and it looks like I’m two steps backwards in terms of getting paid because we’re a year or more out from a lot of the fees hitting. Hello, I have until the 30th whether to accept an offer as an SaT Senior Director. I’m currently a Senior Manager in EY business consulting. Can anyone share the pay range for Senior Directors in the U.S.? This role would be leading small teams to perform commercial due diligence and manage the daily activities of a distressed capital advisory, acquisition, divestiture, or merger assignment.

I’m currently a Grade 11 at Cisco. With the recent pay structure changes my annual comp will be $150k + 12% bonus. I live in a large metro area in the middle of the US. I’m looking to move around the company so that I can make commission but I don’t want to be an account manager. Can anyone tell me if there are Customer Success Managers, etc positions that manage customers post sale and have a similar range base as me with commission plans? I’m just trying to understand income potential.

I was hired by a SaaS company for 95,000 Fr as a Senior Full Stack Developer. I have 9 years of experience and I worked in multiple startups and technologies. I also have relatively better experience in NodeJS, React, SQL, Elasticsearch.
