Hello Guys,
I joined Cognizant recently, the project interview calls which I am getting is not from my base location.
I have the location constraint, should I wait for the right opportunity or raise this concern to ADP team so they can look in to it?
As per ADP policy, one should not have any constraints and take the project as FCFS basis.

Any Big 4 FS audit team in NYC is going to work you to the bone
I know two people that came from regional firms to EY WAM and left before 1 year
Is your background FS audit? I feel FS audit takes anyone with a pulse (even before this market)

DM me for a referral to Deloitte FDD
It sounds like you like FS audit, then go for WAM if FDD doesn’t work out
The hours and teams are tough (even by B4 standards) but you will have good exit opps out of there
Either way try to get out of the mid tier, those places suck (I worked at a top 15)
Do you mean FSO WAM? I love it here. Rough hours? I would say, totally depends on the team/client and your ability to focus. I personally never worked past 9-10pm during the busiest busy season.

Looks like everyone has different experiences
Just get the hell out of mid tier commercial audit, no Fortune 500 company is going to hire a schmock that audits Joe’s Construction Company or w/e your clients are
If you’re a senior or above, you’re gonna be on back to back busy seasons. You’ll work a lot of late nights, weekends, and some holidays.

If you'd like a more quiet transition to fs audit, I'm at a midtier where we work about 60 hours or less weeks during financial service busy season. Growing our client base every year, and a great team here
