Hello, I need suggestions for Job switch. I am in EY since 1.5 years and was a campus hire. Few of my friends who all are campus hire and have same experience as me are planning to switch this company because of higher offer they are getting from other firms. I am not sure, Is it right time to switch company only for the offers or I have to stay here for some more time to enhance my skills and competancy. Could you all share your suggestions? Companies don't blacklist you until you do something illegal. It's just an empty threat by HRs. Max they block you for a period of 6 MONTHS which is normally a cooling period for most companies.
You can politely write a mail thanking them for the opportunity and apologizing for not joining. Do tell them that you found a better opportunity that is in line with your goals and tell them.thatbin the future you would love to work with them
As I said. You need to inform them whether you are joining or not. That's the polite and the right way to do things.
And incase you did join CG , then you can actually write to the ethics committe or the manager of the HR about his misbehavior.
