I m a recent clg grad passed out in 2021 but working in a company with 6.5LPA fixed + 1.5 LPA shift allowances and other variable pay... I m gonna attend HR in Zoho off campus , could I know how much Zoho may offer me or how much shud I negotiate ? What shud be the expected salary for android/iOS developer ? Is Zoho worth it ?

I was supportive of Lori when this virus first started but her actions since have dwindled my support of her. I don’t expect her to make every decision correct nor do we have to agree with all of them. I believe she should be correct around 75 percent of the time but I believe she is in the 50 percent range. This was long overdue. The starting salaries have remained more or less stagnant for over a decade.

India is no more the India of yore. India has had a very pertinent export for a longish period of time. Indian software engineers have long served at meagre rates in India.

Now is the time to establish some sort of equilibrium.
