It has been 2+ weeks since I completed the Interview & Psychometric Assessment rounds with Macquarie Group , but yet to hear anything from them. I also followed up with HR but with no response. For the record, the interview went well. Any idea if they usually take this amount of time to get back? If I got rejected, why not communicate directly?

Non-existent
Very low. Not trying to throw shade, but EY and ACN are notoriously low on bonus
1.3% for average performance. There is no bonus in EY
Hopefully it’s good since they don’t pick up the lunch tab
Average 10% when you factor promotional bonuses
Hahaha bonus at EY!?
Lol
In all seriousness, how do you retain talent? We give our undergrads 8% MINIMUM, and good undergrads get 25%. From then it goes up with Managers getting 55% and Directors 65%. When you consider the base salary, that’s an extraordinary total comp difference. Why don’t you leave?
Last year I made $265k all in. I feel good about that. Love the ppl. Love the firm. Work is mostly good. No reason to leave.
As an outside hire from industry they were intentionally vague about it in the recruiting process. Finally after pressing I got an external recruiter to say the target is 10%. In reality, 3% is typical at a senior and manager level in a good year.
Virtually none
Not much. 2-10%
isn't the base higher to offset?
Laughable bonuses. This year mine was 3.5% and my salary increase was 7%.
@pwc2 yes, that's what they say but who knows. Consulting SM base range at EY is $160-$320 no joke.
