What is the interview process for the role of Senior Analyst(Data Science) for a 3.5 Years Experienced at Tiger Analytics can you please share your interview experience along with the topic on which I should prepare well?

Working on a deal where buyer's side keeps on insisting on a POA to effectuate all actions of Seller under the agreement, including executing documents. Tiger Analytics has started firing their new joineers(freshers) as they don't have adequate projects. I don't know where the freshers will go as they haven't done any project as such.

This is just pathetic from organization. They are just firing people owing to failing a test of certification, for which other company gives 3 trials but they are giving only one try with negative markings
