What is the language spoken in SG work environment? Is it proper English or singlish?

Appreciated an example by work environment, I.e. small company, big company, global firm etc.

Also, is fluent in mandarin ( reading,writing and speaking ) an advantage working in SG?

1. Smaller firm about to be acquired by a larger one, Product Marketing role (title would be Sr. PMM)
2. FAANG, Sales Account Manager role (similar to my current role)
I have 5-6 YOE and have been in an Account Management role for most of my career - is it worth making the switch to PMM at a smaller firm or sticking with what I know at a FAANG? Both would have relatively similar comp. Thanks in advance for your input!
