Hi All, I'm currently working as a Senior Systems Engineer at Infosys in Application support and maintenance(Infra team) role for Oracle - Argus Enterprise edition. My current CTC is 3.92 LPA. I am not happy with my career and financial growth after 2.5 YRS. Can someone please provide a refferal for better CTC in a similar role? I'm open to learning new technologies as well! I'm in negotiation with the this data company (which is only 10 % over offered fixed ctc) but HR hasn't shown much confidence. They have asked for week's time & say can only offer a signing bonus. I'm getting a bit nervous as it's an opportunity I've always wanted!

Hey all, Happy Monday. Curious for feedback on how you've seen severance offers approached.

My prior companies have always been what I thought of as average: min of 2 weeks plus extra week for every year for ICs, min of 4 weeks plus extra week for every year for managers, etc. for Directors & beyond.

Current co refuses to offer more than 1-2 weeks, max. I had to go to bat recently for a 3 year + manager level only to get 3 weeks and my leadership team is NOT happy with me.
