I left my old job the end of January (due to compensation) and hate my new job. I don’t sleep and am constantly stressed. I have been interviewing since May, but I can’t seem to find a good fit that has an insurance Plan that fits my needs. I am thinking about reaching out to my old job (very small and tight knit) to see if there’s a position available for me still. Went through multi-day loop for L5 SA and felt confident in my interactions. Presentation went well with no lack of answers for follow up questions. Just found out 6 days later I will not be receiving an offer, and it is policy to not provide feedback of gaps or reasons behind no offer. Also found out they ask you not to reapply for 1 to 2 years for same role. Would anyone recommend an alternate path for feedback on interview (outside of recruiter) and is the 1-2 year policy true?
