After many years of doing purely corporate law, I recently moved inhouse to do structured finance. Honestly, I am in unknown territories. My boss also not patient about my re-learning process yet they knew from the interview that I know close to nothing about structured finance. Guys, need advice

Getting married in few months. Planning to buy a gated flat based on home loan. My CTC is 30 and my wife’s 13 LPA. What is the home loan we should go for? In case we go for high end apartments, what is the avg sal in those apartments, as even after emi, you should be able to afford the life style living these flats. Also, parents are willing to contribute in down payment to redce the EMI, is it a good idea taking help from parents as I will loose my respect in front of wife.

So, recently got put on a PIP after six months at my new job., two days after I told my boss and HR I recently learned I have a cognitive disability caused by an illness. The PIP was mostly because I forgot some deadlines, but also they said I need to be more professional in emails (even though others use zero punctuation and a lot of emojis. To clients.) and simultaneously ask more questions and ask fewer questions. Should I just assume this is unattainable and look for a new job again?
