Hi Fishes I recently came to know about ML-ops which sounds interesting but to direct my career towards it, i would need some help. So if you have any expertise/knowledge in the field of ML ops, guide me. Currently working as team lead in compliance ops.

I am currently stuck at my job until next year by which time (hopefully) I will get my GC. How do you stick around your job that you hate. Every day is just getting harder. It gets harder every time I know the opportunities I can get out there and how much my company is underpaying me.

I came to US on an L1b in 2018 and switched to H1b in 2021 Oct. Current 797/visa expiry is stated as July 2023, by which I would have spent 1.5 years on H1b visa (and 3.5 years on L1b before that). During h1b extension , will I get another 4.5 years of extension? How does extension work when u switch visas?

What do you think about switching tech stacks vs becoming an expert in one stack? I am a backend Java engineer, and have solely used Java since I've started my software engineering career about 2 years ago. I don't know whether I should explore other tech stacks while I'm young, or instead focus on becoming a Java expert, given that I enjoy working in Java.
