What is the maximum salary I can get with Msc Biotechnology and how much experience

I graduated law school in 2016 and work at a small-medium size firm. What should my salary be compared to other firms? (In the process of applying to other firms and I think I currently make on the lower end)

Just got offered a job at a small biotech in London (UK). ~£45k plus bonus but only 1YR FTC and no equity.

Pretty sure it's a discovery role too.

I just finished my PhD at a very good uni with 3 years technician experience before that. BSc and MSc also at very good unis with good grades.

I think this offer is well below par, but curious to hear what you guys think/if you have any comparisons?

Switching from commission to salary!

I’m considering a less sales-oriented role that doesn’t pay commission. The new role will have a higher base but lower overall earning potential.

What % haircut should be expected? As an example, if I make 100k (base + commission) today, would it be realistic to ask for 90k (10% cut) + equity to make up the difference?

For a 3 Year Experienced React Developer shifting from Service based company which is better Comcast or Verizon? Pay wise 1.5 LPA is the difference between two companies. Designation is same. Both have variable pay upto 10%.

How much of Variable Pay is Paid ?? I got 15% of Base salary but how much will be paid like the usual norm i want to know

And what are the deductions from Base salary apart from PF ?
There are lot of allowances like internet reimbursement etc etc
Are they mandatorily credited or you need to claim ?

Any tips on how to improve lining thickness? My RE had me on Estrace for a week before starting Prometrium (vaginally) a few days ago, but my lining is only a little above 5mm. I have a high stress job and sometimes my sleep is awful. I very regularly use ouid to help me fall asleep but I’m trying to cut it down in general. It doesn’t make sluggish or anything, I just want to be able to have good sleep organically. Any tips?
