I am currently being hired for nightshift. Are there any chances for getting day shift or mid shift?
Or are there any chances to get a change in shift after getting on boarded?

I am working in CG as a consultant with close to 9 years of experience and 9 lacs CTC. Is it ok or should the package be more? Can I ask HR for salary correction? What is the range like in the B2 level?

Current situation: company A- was hired as a specialist and proved my worth to become a category manager but ended up on the low end of the salary range because of my lack of experience. Have voice my concern about my pay several times to my director, with no action in return.

Need suggestion guys🙏 I have joined Citi 1.5 months back due to high package among other offer's, But I had in my mind that Citi has worst work life balance and as A woman it will be very tough for me. I never wanted to work in such environment that I am getting anxious while working all the time. I have to work 10-12 hrs daily.
