Why doesn't the interview panelists inform the candidates if they've cleared the interview or not ?

Whenever I'm taking interviews, I clearly tell the candidates at the end if they should work hard and come back (Rejected) or if they've done well (Selected)

I've been on the other side of the fence and it sucks to get ghosted by recruiters.

But I am not getting any reply from other companies(Sopa banking, CoForge etc.) when I apply through naukri or email them resume with details. With 2.4 years experience in Big Data domain with AWS native. Getting 8.3 fixed + 10% variable with Deloitte where current CTC is 4.75. Have offers from other MNC like Accenture /IBM of 10 fixed.
