Do you always need an MBA to get into MBB?
Bain & Company My 13 YO is taking Career and Tech. She is dead set on diving for Michigan. What are her chances of getting hired from MBB with a degree from UM? Or would she need her MBA first? Is a Michigan degree good enough to get you into a top MBA program?

Spelling "recipe" correctly would be a start 🤷🏽♂️
Commit to a pyramid that commits to you, and hope you get lucky and the pyramid is successful long term. It’s hard to overstate the role of luck in whether / how fast you get to the top. Anyone who tells you otherwise 1) got lucky, and 2) has a narcissistic personality which causes them to attribute their luck to their talent, character, wisdom, etc.
This!! BCG2 got it
Get up?
Set up alarm. Extra points if you set up follow up alarm in case you miss / snooze the first one.
Seriously though? Asking well framed questions and communicating clearly is step 1. You don’t have that yet, so I’d work on it before proceeding with anything else.
Find a pyramid that has your back — it’s really the only way to have a career at any of the MBBs

C2...more involuntary attrition is more likely do to the job market than a big push out the door. All the up or out models factor in a certain percent leaving every year. A significant percentage join with the intent of using it to pivot to industry in 2 -3 years. That increase in pay pivot is harder to find, so less are opting for it. I would also surmise that if you spent your time thinking you will leave, you are more likely to end up in the group to be pushed out.
Pretty much every consulting firm has this. And saying half of the people leaving got a push, really is meaningless without knowing how many that is, if the total number is changing, and historically what percentage is forced attrition. But adding that context to an article removes some of the clickbait and it's doubtful BCG (or anyone else) discloses that info.
Wake up with your alarm clock, no snooze, get up as fast as possible

Learn how to pay attention to details...like spelling.
B2 you better believe they can spell, they don’t out of lack of attention / bigger fish to fry.
I guarantee you they spelled spotlessly as new hires.
