What is the recruitment process in OFSS(Oracle Financial Services Software)?
I had my interviews and HR discussion completed.
HR informed me I will get my offer letter in 3-4 working days but it’s been 2 weeks I am yet to receive.
Wanted to know how long does it take for offer to be rolled out in OFSS?

Its my first switch and with small luck i got my fitst offer from accenture with 49% hike whick is not fine by me but had to accept it as i was not getting any call then. After putting my papers i got 3 more offers similar pay.last week my accen hr discussed with me that she will revise offer and i said i will need time as she was offering me less fixed and more JB .
