What is the salary range for a London based CL9 in Technology?

I’ve been CL9 for 2 years, currently on £49k. Realistically not expecting promotion for at least another year. From what I read/hear, £49k seems to be at the bottom of the range.

Long story short: last year in Nov 2020 I accept an offer for concentrix but unable to join due to COVID situation and got approval from the reporting manager it was only for a week.
Now recently I got offer for concentrix pune but they are asking to continue with last package which is below the baseline for this process.
When I spoke to the HR he says it's the policy and nothing can be done.
I loved the process but it would be really hard for me with the package.
