175-225 TC, but if you’re coming in as an EM it’d be nearly impossible to only make 175 (that’s what you make when you get promoted to EM from Associate). Note though that the firm is evaluating comp now and will [hopefully] be adjusting it in reaction to BCG and others. Unlikely to move as much as MBB did but possible it’ll get closer so it may behoove you to pose this question again in a month or so.
160-180 base, 175-220 total comp
You also get paid in principal range the year that you go from EM to principal, so above the stated ranges
Effectively, it’s base 160k, bonus between 30-60k dependent on performance - that is if you come in as a first year EM. These figures are before responding to mbb adjustments, so you can add 7-10 percent more to them
Did the comp get updated? Also, what is the Principal salary range?
