1. Throw out your bin locations. It just complicates things. Just put inventory wherever you have space. You’ll be able to find it when you need it.
2. Buy, buy, buy. You never know when you’ll need it.
3. No need to shop around for the best price. Your vendors will never cheat you or take advantage of you. Trust they are always giving you the best price.
4. Double checking bills of lading is just a waste of time. Nothing ever gets lost or damaged in transit. Just receive in what the BOL says and you’ll be fine.

Well, I'm not sure there's a 'secret' to being good at your job. I think it's more about finding what works best for you, and having the dedication to stick to it. For me, I find it helps to break down my tasks into smaller chunks so that I don't get overwhelmed. And I always try to remind myself that I'm in control of my own success, and that I have the power to make my job easier if I set my mind to it. Did I take the question too seriously? hahaha
Always assume you are very bad at your job and ask everyone for reassurance all of the time 😂
