I am in the negotiation phase as only 30 days left for me to join any organization. I want to get the best offer so that the HR gets impressed and convinced to offer the maximum budget.

Tech Stack: DevOps, Cloud, Microservices

YOE: 10 Yrs CCTC: 22LPA Holding Offer: 38 LPA ECTC: 50LPA(if possible)

Note: Please suggest me the data points required to convince the HR. I would really appreciate everyone's help and never forget the favor guys. HELP ME!

After accepting the offer from company A and just before 20 days of LWD I asked for making it to 30% hike. Hi fishes! I had asked for benefits other than CTC which Bank of America provides & now that I've completed 1 month here, here's the list of allowances you'll be getting irrespective of position/band:

1. Sodexo: 1300 p.m./ 15,600 p.a.

2. Transport allowance: 900 one way, 1800 two ways p.m./ 21,600 p.a.

3. Internet: 1500 max p.m. (other than that, one time installation charges)

4. Tuition fee: Any certification related to your field. Like CFA, FRM etc. 3,00,000 p.a.

One of my friends works as a Director in Nagarro. She has been there for 7 years and has a CTC of 42 with total yoe 17. Per current trend this is low even though she is a constant top performer. She says that even though delivery people play a pivotal role, they are not paid well. In her team, she sees technical people earning 45-50 at 10-11 yoe. So the factor is 2.5 for delivery vs 4.5 to 5 for technical roles. Per her, this is quite common in Nagarro & she is not an outlier. ctd in comments
