Hi fishes, I got 5+ years of work ex of which 2 years was in domain non IT job. While joining Accenture I was offered level 11 (As SAP functional CONSULTANT) while I believe I should be at level 10. With 11 yrs YOE and having skills in dimensional Modeling,data warehouse ,ETL and Reporting , what should be the salary expectation in market. I have switched from 12 LPA to 26 LPA on feb 2022 as my first switch with IC role as ETL developer . Now looking for data architect role. Most likely i am going to get more 35 LPA but Shall I negotiate for 40 LPA else should not join ? Is 40 LPA is good or very high ? Plz advice. Thanks.

I have a question. I am a GDS employee wishing to relocate to another country as EY country “x” employee. The plan to relocate to country x was already in motion, if not EY then another org. The EY partner from country x is very interested in having me join their team but not sure about my GDS partner because they will be losing billing and may not like it. Is there a way I can approach this with my leaders? Any advice is greatly appreciated.
