The WLB entirely depends on your project, you might work for 3hrs in one project and 12hrs in another but rest assured weekends you will not have to work in almost all projects.
Most projects the people are really good and helpful so they will listen to you if you have any issues regarding the work.
WLB is totally dependent on the project. In my project I worked even on weekends. On deployment days we worked till 11 or 12 pm.
I didn't like the working environment they just want us to do work everytime , won't allow u to sit free.
Same story is with my friend, he joined in January but not liking it as no wlb is there in his project. Also he got the joining bonus from Accenture at the time joining so he is not able to resign now.
Jb is a scam to stop. An employee from resigning
It's Good, but still depends on the project
Joined 8 months back.. feeling really good.. people are good and helpful
Depends on project and team. I am a part of S&C working for a UK client and I rarely have to stretch beyond 10 hours a day. And it's 100% WFH. As long as the work gets done on time, no one cares if you work for lesser hours. Tbh, there have been days when I was able to take an afternoon nap and yet have a very high level of productivity during the day.
Strategy and Consulting
Have heard quality of work is bad?
Again totally depends on the project. It's a mix bag when it comes to project quality. On one hand there are strategy / BA roles and then on the other we have the PMO kind of roles.
