Cognizant- 21L fixed and 1.5L variable
PWC - 22L fixed

This is for a guidewire role.
Which is a better offer? What would be a good option for growth wrt role, salary etc.
Also, PWC claims to offer variable based on their fixed CTC based on the ratings.. is this true ? How much is the avg percentage given?

I got an offer from TCS of 8.13LPA for 4 yoe in automotive domain and accepted that offer. but my salary was revised from 6.2 to 7.74 LPA in appraisal at my current company, now if I compare it with tcs it is I am getting less than 10% raise in tcs . Hi, just got an offer from A&M as D (Performance Improvement). The base from Glassdoor is accurate (US as a benchmark). Bonus is much higher than my current. Anyway the base seems very low compared to S& SA in US.
1) is it true that the base is that low compared to junior-mid level at S&?
2) i am based in Asia, any different rate compared to other region at A&M?
3) the TC can be 3x that what I can get currently, but i can make partner in few years at PwC. Do you think A&M should be considered?

I think all accentute team gone mad or atleast my contact person. Its my first switch and with small luck i got my fitst offer from accenture with 49% hike whick is not fine by me but had to accept it as i was not getting any call then. After putting my papers i got 3 more offers similar pay.last week my accen hr discussed with me that she will revise offer and i said i will need time as she was offering me less fixed and more JB . Now she release offer with less that what mentioned in call.

How much will be take home salary for 16lpa provided no savings in 80C except HRA.
