If you start looking now, by the time you land something in this market it could be months. Unless you were thinking of quitting without anything lined up, which I’d advise against.
Depends on prior history and how you can explain leaving this time. It might prevent you getting screened, but if you do get a call back be ready to share why you’re leaving without bad mouthing
Do you have a history of job hopping? If not, you should be ok. I think short stints at companies is fairly common these days.

You should at least make it past 12 months. Many companies tie benefits to tenure — severance, PTO increases, 401k match vesting, annual bonuses, and other perks often kick in at the one-year mark. Check your company's policy before making a move. Also worth noting: many recruiters and hiring managers will discount any role under a year unless it was explicitly a contract or consulting engagement.
