Got an offer for a sales applications manager role at Cisco and a Strategic AE role at Amazon - both are basically the same pay (130~ base, 220 OTE)
I don’t have any friends at either company so I was curious if anyone has experience and can shed some light on culture/ work life balance to help me make a decision? Thanks for the help guys!

Hello people, how common is a Amazon to PWC move ?
I’m interviewing for a Senior Associate role and TC seems to be more competitive than role in L5.
TC $114k- Base AMZ- $73k +$38kstocks ( vesting 17k$ due next year)
TC $135k Base PWC -$81$ + Bonuses ( 50k$)
Looking for managerial skills which the PWC role avails, and L6 promo doesn’t seem to be happening soon in current role. I’m also mentally stretched. I hear WLB in PWC is just as busy but can anyone confirm if this move makes any sense. Google Amazon
I don’t know even know what I’m good at anymore.

Indeed has always been the silver bullet for me. Every position I’ve gotten whether contract or FTE has come to fruition at the least low to mid Six figures, but there is a catch. I used a lot of “pull tactics” to attract the right people and off of every connection build the right relationship towards the next position. This was all without LinkedIn engagement or networking outside of my sector.
Clean profile.
Value up front.
Make yourself visible in Indeed and LinkedIn curated for the position you want
Thats it.
Oh and NEVER put that damn available for work on LinkedIn. You’ll already look like a desperate liability before you’re even considered.
Welcome to the Jungle, BuiltIn and LinkedIn work well for the marketing roles I am targeting. They might be good for CSM roles also. Give them a try.
I mean I like Indeed but I'm trying to get plugged into Linked in and Glassdoor more
Glassdoor and Indeed for me

You have to watch the paid job boards as they normally pull the jobs the same as the free job boards.
I use Indeed, Glassdoor, ZipRecruiter, MinnesotaWorks.net, and then I will also go out directly to the company's websites to apply. I still have a resume on CareerBuilder as I am unable to delete the account.
