What do you think when associates/senior associates misspeak on a concept during a meeting or interview?

I’ve learned something new on each project, and I’m afraid of coming off as an idiot so I rarely contribute to conversations; only after I have done research on the topic and have prepared do I speak/give ideas

Need some suggestions from everyone. I have 4.5 years experience and I was working as contractor in ZS and my CTC in parent company was 7 Lakhs.

ZS were willing to offer me FTE as ZS but at a compensation of meagre 8.5 Lakhs. I tried negotiating but they sticked with this.

How come ZS do that? Why can't they pay more as they generally pay 15+ for 4.5 years experience.

I left Deloitte month but i have not received any full and final settlement and release documents. How much time does it take for Deloitte to process. My concern is with release documents more after resignation I have not received any email from Deloitte on my personal ID in next organisation i need releasing letter. I interviewed with a top big law firm last week for a Senior Project Manager role. I felt fairly good and confident post the interviews. Sadly I was not given the offer. I remember the Director mentioned that I was over qualified for the position. I’m currently a Consultant… I’m guess I’m not sure how to take the “over qualified” response. Prior to the interviews, I felt I needed more experience …. Lol. Anyone else felt the same?

I have just recently accepted a position as Director of Compliance at a Fin-Tech company here in Naples, FL.. My previous 17 YOE were strictly in the Financial industry. I got an offer from Capgemini for Manager/C2 designation with a CTC of 24 LPA. I just wanted to know the roles and responsibilities at this designation.
Will it be a profile shift from technical to managerial position or is just a designation (as per HR) the actual job would be to lead/guide any team?
