3 years is not going to open a whole lot of doors.
This could get you a junior/mid level architect role at any of hundreds of companies that need IT support for the programs you highlighted as experience.
You’ll need a Manager title or 5 years experience before you can start looking at roles that allow you to move into something like managing a product or project in industry.
If you’re looking to stay in consulting, always trade up. Never leave for lateral pay.

Hey OP! M1’s recommendation is good! However, i think there may be some caveats, mainly if you’re hands on technical and don’t expect to “manage” projects.
If you’re hands on technical I think you can get away with going to a partner or a smaller consulting firm of your choice that delivers those technologies. If your goal is to be hands on technical I would actually recommend a smaller firm to get you the most exposure to a lot of areas.
If you’re not sure about hands on tech work or architecture work and are just kinda going through the motions, I’d recommend staying at D a bit longer as M1 said so you can try to get to the business side of things.
