What level should an early (1-3 years) SM target when moving to A&M?

It’s been a good journey ever since I started to work with a team where our major goal is implementing digital banking solutions. But Im part of business team and not product team. Now I’m more interested in the digital products and have enrolled my self for this UI/UX designer course as I want to change my career trajectory and don’t want to work as key relationships manager in the business team anymore. Can anyone share their experience and feedback, what more I need to do ??

MIS Junior here. Should I graduate next May and start working or get my Masters in MIS and have 1 more internship? I've decided to leave public for an Accounting Manager position in private. What are the different types of companies to consider and the pros/cons? What are the best ways to get the position? The end of my suffering occurs with the death of my ego. I am reborn when I surrender to life exactly as it is, right at this moment (and it’s always “this moment”). I can begin to grow when I either accept life as it is, or I change my life because I can’t accept it. The better I become at surrender and acceptance, the more I experience serenity. After a long enough time I realize I’ve had a spiritual awakening. Now I am peace / joy / love.

Hi, just got an offer from A&M as D (Performance Improvement). The base from Glassdoor is accurate (US as a benchmark). Bonus is much higher than my current. Anyway the base seems very low compared to S& SA in US.
1) is it true that the base is that low compared to junior-mid level at S&?
2) i am based in Asia, any different rate compared to other region at A&M?
3) the TC can be 3x that what I can get currently, but i can make partner in few years at PwC. Do you think A&M should be considered?
