Anyone at Deloitte know how to view utilization?
I've worked at the same engineering firm for 4 years. I'm currently making $161k with only a $750 bonus, but excellent vacation (4 weeks, cash out anytime, rolls over indefinitely), 45 hours a week. I have an interview with a recruiter at Guidehouse this week for a Technical Project Manager role. It seems to be focused in the government space and requires a security clearance. What sort of salary and benefits could I expect for this sort of role at Guidehouse?
61% utilization as a first year associate. RIP

As a Director I’m hoping you can be more supportive and provide positive feedback and leadership to your peers.
As a manger I'm hoping you can write your own resume...
He has some examples on his site. You can find people for half the price but my experience with this has been that you get what you pay for.
Following, coz everyone (manager or not) sometimes needs help.
Loved my experience with bright side resumes anywhere from $350-750 depending on your level. He is best with more technical jobs, but he knocked my consulting resume out of the park....SF Bay Area guy. Waiting list is usually a month.
@D1 -we can all write our own resumes. However, if we learn anything from the work we do with our clients it’s that we can and should outsource the things we don’t love doing or think others can do better. In my opinion this is just as acceptable individually as it is for corporations.
@K1 - would you be willing to provide an example of his results? I’m having to talk myself into the expense - I was expecting (hoping for?) closer to half the price
