What salary should 2nd year big 4 audit associate leave for? Currently in LCOL area with a salary of 55k

Do you get a bonus? How much? Do you count it in your salary when posting here?

180 base, 50 bonus, plus 50-75k profit sharing and 50k equity a year.

Still feel underpaid on initial base salary :/

I’m struggling at the moment to gauge how much I should be getting paid in my position as i feel I’m heavily underpaid for the work I do, which includes managing digital marketing operations across 12+ countries, manage the studio/creatives plus lead on any campaigns and strategies, etc. I’m also remote UK-based although my company is international. So what do you feel a fair UK wage would be for the role? I love my job/team but the stress isn’t worth it for me atm. Thanks in advance!

Hi! I interviewed for a Digital Marketing Analyst for an agency for Data Center and Telecom PR/ Tech. Since we are virtual country wide, he asked what my salary requirement would be for this role. I haven’t had this type of position before and am unsure what to say. I want to reach for the stars but don’t want to come across with a scary offer. Can anyone advise or have any salary ranges? I recently got offer from ey gds for 23 lpa, currently having 7 years of experience, good to join at this package or should negotiate with HR?

I was given a salary range of 95k-100k for a mulit billion dollar company. Senior financial analyst. Is it unreasonable to ask for 110k or 105k if an offer gets extended? Since its late in the year, they said i wont get a bonus or merit increase this next year, could i use this as reasoning behind more money?

Can someone explain how billable hours work? At a new agency and although I had to fill timesheets at my previous agencies, they were mainly used to ensure we weren’t over servicing a client/for setting the appropriate retainer for contract renewals. I asked ppl at my agency but haven’t gotten a proper explanation. I get the impression that billing to the agency admin code isn’t recommended, and my manager said he bills everything to client codes, but that doesn’t make sense to me .

Working Moms/Dads: Do in-house positions exist with flex time hours? I need to be able to leave work at 4pm to pick up my son from daycare, but i can get back online at home to resume any unfinished work at 8pm. Is this realistic to convey to any companies in an interview? Pandemic aside, is face time 9-7pm really important? Can you change your 401k contribution amount specifically for bonuses, in the fidelity 401k? You can do this for Schwab 401k but not seeing an option for fidelity

Just started a new job less than a month ago in the tech sector. It was the industry I was fixated on when leaving for. However I realise that I don't think I can cope with the fast paced, lack of wlb, with no support - it's really impacting my mental health already....

I try to hide it from my boyfriend, but its impact is flowing into my personal life.
I feel like a failure, but recognise it might be beneficial to cut loss and quit. Has anyone been in this situation?

There is an opportunity that I’m currently interviewing for that is very interesting to me. I’m interviewing two other places but I’m not responding to LinkedIn emails for other positions. The other positions don’t interest me as much. On one hand I don’t want to waste time prepping for all positions and rather put that time only for the ones that I have going on, on the other hand I feel like what is that falls through.
