Will it more like a round to reject further?

Im really worried.I still have 35 days of notice period left and I received a call from a TCS employee today and she asked me to share my resume to a project manager when asked she said it is for its tracking purpose.

I recently had a interview call with TCS technical team and the interview went well. HR asked to upload my documents in ibegin portal. But they are yet to contact me for my salary negotiation it's been three weeks since, can i know how much can I expect as compensation?

Hi Fishes I am in a complex situation, please help me out..

I got an offer with TCS and initially selected joining date as Jan 2.. but current org released me in 1 month instead of 3 months.. I asked TCS HR and others for early Onboarding but they didn't respond well..

After that I got one offer and joined immediately. But now I don't like to work here as I have to go to office all 5 days mandatorily, also role is slightly new to me.

How can join in TCS on the selected date ?
Any possibility?

Hello Fishes, I interviewed at a company in October and they responded to me after a month. I accepted the verbal offer last week Wednesday. They said they would give written offer in a week. I have recruiters from the same company reach out for positions at different locations. My current recruiter said once I accept this I can't interview for other positions at the same company. I faked my resume I mean my contracting firm did and I didn’t have choice and I got the job. Now my client wants to offer me a full time position. Are therapists typically blunt? I just started seeing one and she made me feel uncomfortable. I wasn’t expecting her to be harsh and negative in her assessment of me.

Are private companies easier to work at than public companies in accounting? We have such an accelerated close deadline at the publicly traded company I’m at now, I really hate the inflexible tight deadlines and analysis seems to drag on forever after that. We also close AP/AR very early in the month yet that doesn’t stop payments/receipts from happening so we’re constantly adjusting our accruals until the end of month. Do private companies start their close after the month actually ends?

Nervous to make industry jump bc I’m not an excel wiz. Obviously depends on the role but curious if anyone else in a similar situation?
