Which ones to choose according to wlb, job security and new learning

Industry? Market? YOE?
Unless you’re in a top big city market like LA or NYC, my guess would be $80-100k. Tech startups could pay big but, as a director of FP&A in healthcare, I doubt a healthcare startup would. Accounting experience does very little for FP&A in my opinion, so your experience is on the low side. That’s just face value for me, but if you’re a rockstar, there are no barriers I wouldn’t move to pay you and keep you.
I think for LA, it’s going to be 100-105k + 10% bonus
Nyc 100-140k base
