What shortages are there in the nation/world right now? We want to partner up with new product firms but we want to ensure that the partnership is lucrative enough for us. The past two years have been loss after loss and we can't keep risking it all.

It sounds ugly, but every war is a business opportunity, it would be interesting to see what types of products can only be provided by Russian companies in Europe, look for a company in another European country that does not have war problems, and make a merger. It is a very safe strategy.

I believe that technology products will not cease to be in demand, especially those related to emerging technologies, multiverse, etc.

What type of goods you looking at? Loads of raw materials in tight supply, fertilizer, potash, natural caffeine, sulfuric acid, potassium hydroxide, phosphate, anything made in Europe is at risk of disruption due to the energy crisis especially those needing high energy consumption. Manufacturers already decreasing output or shuttering plants.

Hi HR Professionals! I am revising our current employment application form. Per SHRM, I was just curious if any HR Professionals completely removed the following fields: social security number, recommend salary, graduation dates, military discharge info, race, maiden name like (Ms. Mrs. Ms), & criminal history questions. I was just curious what other Employers/HR Professional have done. Any information is greatly appreciated. Thank you!

My wife and I are moving to Boston from overseas (we’re from Italy and we’ve recently won the diversity visa green card lottery).

We are looking to rent a 1BR starting in January, ideally for ~$3k/month. I’ll be working in the downtown area.

Do you recommend we go for a serviced/luxury apartment (e.g. Montaje, 345 Harrison, etc.) or hire a broker to get a “normal” apartment?

Any managed buildings recommendations within our budget? Also, what are some good brokers we could work with?

Thanks!
