1 yoe as a business intelligence developer and just under 1 yoe as a Junior data engineer for a startup. My current company is in talks with me to hire me as a data engineer right after I graduate with my bachelors degree. From what I’ve seen online (averaging 5 different sites, I am including Glassdoor but only the number they have listed as the base) I’m currently expecting about 85k base. Does this seem too high? Just looking for some opinions before I go in for my interview.

I’ve been prepping for MBB for months but I know I’m still not ready. I’m struggling with staying structured and with creative questions. Hey Logistics/Supply Chain Folks! 2021 was full of challenges in virtually every facet of the supply chain. What gives you all optimism for 2022?

For me it is how agile cross-functional teams with archaic tendencies have had to be to overcome! I hope that continues into 2022

My current title is Buyer. I handle the purchasing of the larger categories of direct materials and train any new Buyers. I also manage outsourcing and quoting of raw materials for new business, among other things.

I am looking at taking over capacity planning for manufacturing, while keeping my previous responsibility.

What could I suggest for a new title/promotion? There isn't an existing position that I would be filling, and I want to show career growth on my resume.
