This is just a general female question but if you invite a new girlfriend out to your friends event and she brings up that she thinks multiple guy friends if yours are cute would you be turned off? I generally take that as a sign that you are boy crazy and have a lack of boundaries because these people are my close friends and I generally will not invite you out again.

The focus population served would be low-income seniors with the primary customers being primary care offices that could obtain contracted case management services based on the practice’s needs/financial constraints.

Commission plan discussion:
I was promoted to Director of Sales and am tasked with revamping our sales commission plans

We are in a high margin industry, the majority of the team’s sales are transactional, so they are quick closes, and they have a base around 60k

Current plan is: 3, 5, 6, and 8% of revenue depending on different factors

I am thinking of streamlining to make everything 10%. (5% paid upfront when they land the sale, 5% paid once invoiced).

Thoughts? Things to consider?

Hey everyone! I am a student finishing up my last year at university. I was working in real estate and then became a loan officer for 2 years. I made a switch from mortgages to a food supply wholesaler as a regional sales/project manager managing the accounts for a couple states. I thought it would be pretty steady compared to how volatile interest rates and the finance realm is rn. Can anyone offer insight into the food supply market right. Ik everything is pretty crazy and it’s all relative.🤝
