What should be the minimum experience for SSE designation

I am working in Amazon from June 2020 as L3 HR Generalist. My current CTC is 5.2 LPA. I have a post graduation degree in English.
I was wondering if doing an MBA distance course from Symbiosis would help me get a better position and salary?
Can anyone please suggest? If not symbiosis then can I choose any other University for doing the MBA?

I am the junior attorney at a small PI firm (5 lawyers). I love my job and my firm, the partners, and my colleagues.

I have another opportunity that is important to me, so I'm planning to step away.

I have maybe 10-15 lit cases that I'm "responsible" for. Some of them are tar babies that I know the partners and my colleagues would hate taking over, but I don't think I'm willing to wait for resolution on them either. Thoughts?

Just got another rejection... Is exiting to FAANG or MB really this hard? Trying to go tech.. or mbb, but not getting anywhere. I have 2 masters (mba, ms) from top schools, been in consulting for over 10 years, I am confident that I know my stuff well..but still I keep getting rejected. Here's a wannabe coach who needs some guidance. I am 26 y/o, have worked in research and corporate world. As i entered the adult world and started working when 20y/o i missed the time i used to volunteer for organizations talking about leadership and motivation. I have a job that fulfills me, working in a top company blah blah but i don't feel i am giving to the world. Social media makes me feel people need guidance. I want be a coach but what's the best way to start?

Recent college grad doing IT audit at a fairly well-established accounting firm (not Big 4, but top 10). College was good but not Ivy League or anything like that. Grades were around 3.4-3.5.

If my goal is to maximize my chances of working for MBB, which of these paths would you personally take?

1.) Stay on current team, try to get promoted as fast as possible

2.) Stay at current firm but try to switch from risk advisory to a management consulting team

3.) Get an MBA

4.) Other?

Hello, I’m an associate (almost at the one year mark) at a midsize firm on the EPL team. I did about 2 years of employment law as a clerk during school and know that’s what I want to go into. I’ve asked for more EPL work but keep catching PI cases. I second-chaired an employment trial but don’t see any EPL work for the foreseeable future and wasn’t getting as much EPL exposure as I wanted before the trial. Any advice on a lateral move to a bigger firm with a broader range of EPL work?
