Have a few questions regarding IBM Joining, HR response is strangely lacking and so does in the slack(prejoin channels). Hoping can be cleared here..
a) I've been told virtual onboarding is no longer a thing.
How many days does in-person onboarding activities occur?
b) HR Informed,"After onboarding is complete, can get perm WFH based on project or extension of WFH as IBM is flexible"
Is this true? Can managers extend/grant remote for a month then let us transit to remote model?

I was recently offered a Zoom interview. The school had 10 interview slots for me to choose from. Three were one day this week and the rest are next week. I chose the first time slot available. Should I have waited until one of the last slots so I was fresher on their mind when choosing a candidate? I am just sitting here stressing out until I here something. What company is at the top of your product wishlist for working? I'd love to work at Slack or at Notion. Both have great reputations and Slack especially is supposed to be an ideal place for PM's. I worked at LinkedIn and one of the senior leaders was sharing screen during a meeting. The conversation shifted but the leader didn’t stop sharing screen. This person navigated to Yahoo news and clicked on an article filled with women in bikinis. This individual spent a solid 2-3 mins on the article scrolling and stopping to look at each woman. Needless to say this leader was very distracted by other things on our call.
