The way Marriott devalues lately probably a weekend at the courtyard St Louis airport
10 nights StR/RC Maldives and have some points leftover.
Just stayed at StR overwater villa last December for 5 nights - 420k points. Be ready to spend $400-500/night on food & drinks
I did St Regis bora bora with my lady. It was amazing and redemption rate is great
Depends on the trip you want tbh. But if you’ve been wanting to go to a safari then I’d say RC Masai Mara Safari Camp in Kenya looks absolutely epic. But you need to work to find a good deal because it’s an insane redemption 😂
My (maybe hot) take is that Kenya/TZ should not he done on points… you’ll want to get a tour guide that takes you all around (ngorogoro, masai Mara, Serengeti, etc).. and id want to time it for a specific event (river crossing, wildebeest births, etc)
Did they give you those for free after gutting a company? Didn’t Marriott go through a culling recently?
You could get around $3-4k for them
Pro
Overwater bungalows.
Rising Star
Probably use them
1 mil doesn’t go as far as you think.
Book something before the annual spring devaluation.
Every year, Marriott changes the redemption level for a large chunk of properties, especially resorts.
