What to say when asked what you like about being a hospice nurse

My Associate stint is ending next year, and I need to start thinking about my next move. What’s the right comp I should be targeting with 4 YoE (2 in VC, 2 in consulting), in unicorns vs PE vs CVC?

Did a first interview with hr rep, went very well. she set up the hiring manager meeting for a few days later. Met with the manager. Another great conversation, went over time and was told I’d hear back about panel set up. Following day I get a request from hr rep to “continue the conversation” with manager. This is set up Tuesday.
Why do you think the manager wants to meet again? Good? Bad? I felt great about the interview when we ended.

Is there any advantage to telling a company you are interested in working for in the future where you decided to accept an offer from? Or does it not matter? I accepted an offer a week ago with a great company (Company A) that for this season in my life seems like a great fit and only strengthens what I have to offer company B down the road. I was just informed after the third round of interviews they’d like at least 5 references, two must be supervisors.
