I went from 27,000 to 41,000 in 1987. Felt like a millionaire!
That was a lot of money back then. My first job out of college in ‘87 paid $36k and people were super impressed.
External: 82%, going from 110k base to 200k base.
Thanks! The kicker is that it was 3 years ago and I haven’t gotten another raise, & my bonus has decreased every year, but I still feel like I can’t complain!
My largest moving companies was 25%. At my current company my largest has been 12% and my lowest has been 9% over the past 6 years
Wow. Those are pretty good raises. At my last position, we just received 2 or 3% across the board, where everyone receives the same amount. At least that is what they said. I am pretty sure all the VP’s and up received more than that.
51%. Went from 76 to 115 base in 2019. Haven't seen significant raises since then. 2 external jumps later and at 153 base (~180 all in now).
