What will be fixed salary slab for 15 years SAP experienced guy in PwC. Today HR called me for salary negotiation and she mentioned that she will only talk about fixed part and only that will be mentioned in the offer letter. I am making 20 L as fixed currently. Can I quote 30L?

A successful small startup in NYC doing PE/niche executive recruiting and 2. a fairly reputable PE consulting group in Austin. The rumors about PwC KSDC changing the bonus/hike payout cycle from July to an earlier month between March and June are picking pace. If there is any senior staff, or member with credible information on this, please share your 2 cents. The suspense is killing me, and I am sure many of you echo my sentiments here.

So far, I have heard:

- May
- June
- July but with salary effective from April (paid as arrears in July). Something similar for June as well.
