HR is saying the maximum will be 18.2L(including variable pay)+ Joining bonus of 80k.
Holding offer from another small company for 19L so thought of checking whether 18.2L is the maximum for this role in Cognizant ?

I’m a manager now and my property offered me a director position… but the salary is still low! To make six figures, it’ll take another 5-6 years to grind it out.

I’ve been working as a contract TAS for 6 months in a medical device company. I started part time and as it became busier/my trainer quit, I became full-time. I applied for the TA position through corporate and would like some insight. the company is short staffed and my site specifically does not have good TA retention. For the salary expectation, I put in 85k which is in the range. I’m currently at 64k which is below the minimum of the range. Is this realistic?
